LOFT CONDO REVELOPMENT

A condo conversion by Madison Equities, and designed by Helpern Architects.  A rooftop addition, storefront and facade alterations, and a painted wall sign.  Advised on the design of the new elements at the storefronts, and developed the historic narrative that supported the argument for appropriateness.  Developed the LPC presentation in coordination with the architect, and presented it at public hearings before the community board and LPC.
