A condo conversion by Madison Equities, and designed by Helpern Architects.  Alterations included a rooftop addition, storefront and facade alterations, window replacement, new window openings, and a painted wall sign.  Advised on the design of the rooftop addition and new facade features and placement of the new window lines.  Developed the historic narrative that supported the arguments for appropriateness.  Developed the LPC presentation in coordination with the architect, and presented it at public hearings before the community board and LPC.
