ADDITION RE-DESIGN

RH’s Flagship Design Showroom, the New York Gallery.  Advised on the re-design of the two-story addition, recommending to the architects that the new metal screen take its cues from the robust metal elements in the Gansevoort Market Historic District, and the High Line just down the street.  Developed the LPC presentation in coordination with the architect and RH, and presented it at public hearings before the community board and LPC.
