The re-development of the RKO Keith Theater in Flushing, Queens.  The proposals approved by LPC at public hearing included removing the historic paster work and other significant interior features for restoration, and the approval of a new building over and connected to the designated interior spaces designed by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners. Jacqueline Peu-Duvallon worked with AYON Studio Architecture and Preservation to develop the presentation and arguments for appropriateness, and made the presentations before the community board and LPC with Angel Ayon.
