A two-story glass brick addition designed by The Office of Thierry W. Despont, and approved by LPC. Jacqueline Peu-Duvallon identified the arguments for appropriateness, and developed the hearing presentation in coordination with Mr. Despont and his staff.  Ms. Peu-Duvallon made the presentation before the community board and LPC, along side Mr. Despont.  Rendering via The Office of Thierry W.
